hi,

i was verifying my website rawansandart.com but i got a message saying there is no SSL for my site. please clarify how you guys decided that since i have one SSL active certificate with cloudflare now with my domain. this can be provided upon request.

Hi Rawan,

Thanks for reaching out to us you are not able to claim your domain profile because our system says there is no valid SSL. We check for a valid SSL in the claim process because we only want to add profiles of domains that actually exist.

Indeed I see a valid SSL certificate on rawansandart.com. So it should work. And I see that you were successful in claiming the profile now. So maybe it was just a typo the first attempt.
