Hi,

I try to buy the upsell of ‘Product Reviews’ in our dashboard, but I get the notification that this content is not available and we have to contact the site owner. What’s going wrong?

I would like to research what is going wrong while you try to enable our product reviews feature. What is your domain/company? That would help me a lot in my search.

Dear Rinske,

I have forwarded the issue to development. It should be fixed now. The issue was caused by some of the security improvements that we introduced recently. The payment checkout page was blocked.

Product reviews is an extension on our shop review invites. The amount of review invites you are allowed to send per month depend on your main package freemium / start / plus / pro. If you add product reviews to your freemium account only 15 invites per month will be send. Therefore I advice you to first upgrade your main package, after which you can activate product reviews.
