Thought I was ordering from an Irish company when its .ie but its shipping from Holland. It ws sent to the wrong address and I am still waiting for my goods. Needed for a festival trade, had to order from Amazon last minute to make up the order that didnt arrive.

We use the .ie webshop specifically to serve customers in Ireland, and while we are based in the Netherlands, there is no practical difference in terms of customs or VAT between ordering from a local Irish supplier and one based in another EU country—aside from the delivery time, which we clearly indicate as 4 working days.
As mentioned in our previous communication, the address provided during checkout was copied exactly to the shipping label. We’ve already raised an investigation with the courier to clarify where the first parcel was delivered. In the meantime, a replacement order was shipped and, according to the tracking link, should have arrived by now.
