They took a payments for the product but didn't ship it. They sent an email that product would be back in stock in a month and thay would ship it. but its never happend and didn't refund money because it's been almoust two months.

Dear Valentyna, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to read that you are not satisfied, and we would like to clarify the situation, as we believe there is a misunderstanding. On Saturday 7 March, you contacted us regarding lead time for article 44455 (cellophane bags), which at that time was out of stock. We informed you of the expected lead time and also suggested alternative products that were available for immediate dispatch. We replied to your enquiry on Monday 9 March. In the meantime, on 8 March, you placed an order through our webshop for cardboard boxes and article 30157. Both of these items were in stock and were shipped the same day in one parcel. The shipment was delivered without delay on 12 March. On 12 May, approximately two months after delivery, we received your message stating that article 44455 was missing from your order. However, this item was not part of the order you placed and was therefore not included in the shipment. As such, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund or credit for this product. We can also not send any replacement out free of charge for an item that was not purchased. Also claiming that the parcel was delivered incomplete is logically possible, but that needs be be addressed within a two weeks period after delivery. We always strive to provide clear communication and excellent service, as reflected in our other reviews. We are therefore disappointed that this situation, based on a misunderstanding, has resulted in a 1-star rating. We hope this clarification helps to resolve the matter.
