Good afternoon! Could you please tell me how to remove the outreach.team@whitebit.com email from the WhiteBIT company page? This is the company\’s internal email. We would like the page to display the support mail, which is for official requests from customers. This is suport@whitebit.com.

Good afternoon,

Certainly! To remove the email address outreach.team@whitebit.com and replace it with suport@whitebit.com on the WhiteBIT company page, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the dashboard.
  2. On the left side of the screen, click on Profile.
  3. Next, click on Identity.
  4. Scroll down to the Contact Information section.
  5. Here, you can change the current email address (outreach.team@whitebit.com) to the desired one (suport@whitebit.com).
  6. Once you’ve made the change, click on Update Details.
  7. After completing these steps, the email address displayed on the WhiteBIT company page will be suport@whitebit.com.
