Shop reviews – Trustprofile

Hi,

We have just created a new shop account and want to request a moderation for 2 old fake reviews which are not in line with the trustprofile policy. How can we request this as these are not recent and we are only just active on your platform?

However, we regret to inform you that moderation requests for old reviews are not possible to process due to the challenge of verifying the accuracy of such claims after a significant amount of time has passed.

We understand that this may be frustrating, but our moderation team requires recent and concrete evidence to take appropriate action. If you can provide substantial proof demonstrating that the reviews in question are indeed fake, we will be more than willing to investigate the matter further and take appropriate measures.
