problem in updating external sources reviews counter

Hi Trustprofile support
I’m having problem in updating reviews amount on my profile

When i try to reupdate the reviews amount by hide and re add my google business maps link again it shows this error [ No source profile was found. ]
even though i used to try it before and it update the amount of reviews to the new one and sync it perfectly but now it doesn’t.
can you please check and fix this issue.
