we have received a customer review that is fake. The review is not about us, is not a customer of ours, is not an order number from us. Can this be removed?
How annoying that you received a review from someone who is not a customer of yours.
You can submit a moderation request to us. To do so, it is important that you have first responded to the review via the dashboard.
You do this by clicking on the speech bubble next to the review, writing a comment, selecting the type of comment and then clicking reply and next. If you then click on the three dots next to the review, you will see the option of a moderation request.
