Hello, good afternoon, a while ago I requested address verification. I am in Chile. I would like to know how long it takes to receive the verification code? Is there a way to see the tracking? I look forward to your comments

The letter with the verification code has been send from Germany the 13th of September. That is allmost 2 weeks ago.
The delivery time of Deutsche Post is 1-2 weeks from Germany to a country outside the EU. It should arrive anyday now. If it doesn’t within a week please let me know, then we will send you a new one.
