Hola, ayer contraté el servicio de Trustprofile y ya he instadado y configurado el módulo en mi tienda online prestashop http://www.mundolabores.com pero he intentando enviar invitaciones manuales desde el panel de control de Trustprofile y todas las invitaciones que he dado de alta no aparecen ni en la sección de planeadas ni en la sección de enviadas.

Tampoco funciona correctamente la valoraciones de productos. He instalado y habilitado el módulo Product Comments (desarrollado por Prestashop) y he activado las valoraciones de productos en la extensión Trustprofile (He limpiado también la caché después de la instalación) pero en mi tienda, donde deberían aparecer las estrellas en la página de producto, aparece sólo el texto "Escribe una reseña", que al hacerle click no hace absolutamente nada.

¿me pueden ayudar a solucionar estos errores?

Thanks for choosing Trustprofile.

When I look at the system now I see that 38 manual review invites where sent out. Of wich 4 posted a review. That looks good. Congratulations! You can see them in the dashboard at Reviews > Invitations > Sent

The product reviews only work with automated review invites (then we have product data). I see that the first automated review with a product has been created. Also looking good. I hope that you will have your first product reviews posted on Mundo Labores soon.

Cuando miro el sistema ahora veo que se enviaron 38 invitaciones de revisión manual. De las cuales 4 han publicado una valoración. Tiene buena pinta. Enhorabuena, Alicia. Puede verlas en el panel de control en Opiniones > Invitaciones > Enviado.

Las revisiones de productos sólo funcionan con invitaciones de revisión automatizadas (entonces tenemos datos del producto). Veo que se ha creado la primera revisión automatizada con un producto. También tiene buena pinta. Espero que pronto tengas tus primeras reseñas de productos publicadas en Mundo Labores.
