We are having problems with sending invitations to our users for reviews (ratings *****). Can you tell us what the problem is, why this possibility was removed (we did not exceed the limit of 15 invitations)

We have looked into our system and can see that no invites have been sent since 28.12.2022. However, we are unable to determine the exact reason for this problem from our end.
To further investigate this matter, could you please explain how have you integrated our system? If you have, we kindly request that you provide us with information on the website software you are using. This will help us to identify the root cause of the issue and provide a solution.
