I purchased a product on January 17th, and it was stated that it would be shipped within 2-4 days. It has now been 10 days, and I have received no updates or shipping information.
What is even more concerning is that while your team was providing instant responses via WhatsApp before my purchase, you are now completely ignoring my messages. This lack of communication is unacceptable and makes me question the legitimacy of your business. I am surprised to see such high ratings on your profile given this level of service.

Incredibly bad service. I ordered a replacement part for a piano and did not hear anything for several months. After waiting for so long I asked for my money back, but they are not complying. I have sent them more than ten mails at this point and it has been six months. I still have not received a refund!!
