Compro un sistema LR Baggs Stage Pro Element para guitarra acústica, anunciado como nuevo en su web, y me envían uno USADO y sacado de otra guitarra, con signos claros de haber estado instalado previamente, la pastilla piezo claramente desmontada de otra guitarra y con marcas del puente, faltan tornillos, arandelas, sin caja original, etc.

Good, well-packaged product. Communication could’ve been a little bit better, but otherwise very happy.
One item was not available at the time of the order (somewhere November 2025). I was contacted by the seller via Whatsapp and they informed me it could take up half a year until the item arrives. I deemed this a a very transparent and honest form of communication.Since I was not in a hurry, I agreed to wait. The package arrived here about 2 weeks ago. Everything was as it should be. No reason to complain!
The team were really helpful and resolved a mistake I made really quickly. The item was exactly as described and arrived quickly and safely, having been well packed. Exactly what I had been searching for, thank you!
