Though our freemium is a great place to start, you might want to consider one of our paid plans to increase the trustworthiness of your online store even more. All three options are affordable, flexible, and are invoiced yearly. You can cancel at any time.
Can I try before I buy?
Most of the features are available in our Freemium plan. That includes sending 15 review invitations. Try it! If you need more invitations or extra features you can upgrade to one of our paid plans.

Is payment required to claim my TrustProfile?
If you opt for our Freemium plan, there will be no payment required and you can enjoy several features. Payment is only required if you opt for one of our paid plans.
Is it possible to be invoiced quarterly?
Our plans are invoiced on a yearly basis. However, it is possible to be invoiced quarterly. Paying quarterly does come with additional administrative fees of 8 euros per quarter.
How many online stores can I add to my account?
The prices you see above are for accounts with a maximum of 5 online stores.
Extra fees are applied for additional ones.
What are any additional services?
We currently offer Product reviews and the Google Seller Rating as additional services.
They’re easily activated via your dashboard.
What payment methods are available?
For our invoices we use direct debit authorisations for PayPal, CreditCard and SEPA payment systems.
Can I get a refund?
We don’t refund any sent invoices. Our minimum contract period however is only three months long. You can cancel your plan at any time by downgrading it via your dashboard.
My payment bounced. What do I do?
Usually we’d send you an email with payment instructions. Alternatively, you can
log in to your account to find all the current outstanding invoices with available payment options.
