Kewlox wants to convince you you're buying "a customisable and configurable system that adapts to your style and taste" and that you can upgrade your furniture as your needs change, but that is not true. 8.5 weeks ago I contacted them about ordering a part for a bookshelf I purchased three years ago. I followed up 3 more times. Still no response. I feel lied to.
