Trots att jag beställt storlek 38 på mockasinerna till min fru skickade ni storlek 37 - varför? Synnerligen dåligt! Order #QA71257 - Moccasins Skyblue - / EU 38 - US7 - Suede QAHSBH-38 står det på papperskvittot!!! Nu får jag vänta till den 9 mars då min fru ska få dessa moccasiner i födelsedagspresent och se om dessa passar?? Det vore på sin plats att ni skickar mig ett par i rätt storlek med förbetald retur för det felaktiga paret ni skickade mig!

On 19 January 2026, we sent you the following reply to your claim:
We are sorry to hear that despite our rigorous control, the moccasins are not the size your ordered.
You can return them to us.
We will send you a DPD return label, so you can take the moccasins to a DPD Service Point.
As soon as we received the moccasins back, if you wish we will return your money back or replace the moccasins for size 38.
Our sincere excuses for the inconvenience.
The same day, 19 January 2026, we sent you a DPD Return Label to return the moccasins to us; but until now you haven’t used the DPD Return Label.
Please print the DPD Return Label and return to us the moccasins, as soon as we receive them, we will return you the amount you paid in full or sent you a new pair moccasins, whatever you wish.
