(Sofort & Ende Dezember) Siehe Bilder -Kundenaccount Abo zeigte rot / inaktiv / gekündigt an. -Kündigung & Widerruf zusätzlich am 09.10 per Mail gesendet! -Antwort Onthatass am 13.10 per Mail / Alle Kündigungen per PayPal, Mail & Widerrufe werden NICHT AKZEPTIERT! -Kundenaccount Abo zeigt wieder grün/ aktiv -Kündigungsanleitung vom Support: (Zum kündigen per Kundenkonto muss PayPal reaktiviert werden.) -> 1.PayPal reaktiviert 2. Im Kundenkonto kündigen geklickt = Fehlermeldung, Kündigung nicht möglich! -> 13.10 erneut per Email widerruf & Kündigung gesendet. -> Kundensupport schickt nur vorgefertigte Textbaustein Antwort! -> Hinweis: Alles spielt sich in der "problemlos kündbaren" kostenfreien Probezeit von 14 Tagen ab. -> Ich wünschte ich hätte nie bestellt. Kann mir denn niemand helfen da wieder raus zu kommen? Heute ist der 13.10 und ich bin immer noch in der 14 tägigen Probe & Widerrufsfrist!!!! Hinweis onthatass, wenn ihr das seht.
