asked support about a slow swap Had a swap that was taking way longer than usual so I messaged support about it. Whoever answered had clearly looked at my swap and told me what was holding it up, took maybe ten minutes. Other places I've used just send you a form to fill in and you don't hear back for days. Mine finished fine in the end

Clean on mobile usually hate doing swaps on my phone but this one was fine. not a ton of buttons everywhere and you can check where the swap's at the whole time. came through ok

good for cross-chain swaps I move coins between chains a few times a month and a lot of the simpler swap tools only have the obvious pairs. this one had a few my old platform didn't, so most of those go through here now. I always check the rate before confirming and it's right there on the screen. got a couple of friends who rebalance the same way to try it too

Good for small swaps used it for small swaps on and off for like two years. no account or anything, put in the pair and your wallet and it just shows up, last one was maybe 8 min

great for regular swaps swapped some XRP for BNB. it worked. swapped again a week later. also worked. im not saying its perfect for every situation but for regular swaps between big pairs its been consistent for me. nothing went missing.
