Raamdecoratie Van Tuiss

I ordered curtains for my 3 windows early November and it's almost Christmas and still did not received them. An order of 400+ was shipped with standard UPS service therefore theres not option for me to plan an appointment with them to get them on time or at least before Christmas. Many phone calls and emails with customer service and no action to effectively help me. I really don't know what to do anymore with them! I want to cancel my order and get my money back to spend in a trustworthy brand. After many complains and attempts of me to get support i got a message that i'll receive 10 euros back from the shipping costs because of what's going on. A big joke. This is not a compensation. I will share it will all my social circle not to buy from you guys. I was planning to order some curtains more for my store and my son’s house but I’m not planning to. Big waist of time and money.

Tuiss wil je klacht niet oplossen, doen ze ook niet want vinden dit blijkbaar niet nodig. Let op! Je kunt je kapot geleverde gordijnen niet retour zenden, die pakken ze niet aan! Letterlijk de woorden van de klantenservice. Dus koop u hier gordijnen gaat u voor de gok, of het wordt goed geleverd of u moet een rechtszaak beginnen want geld terug beginnen ze al helemaal niet aan.
