I ordered two collagen products and received them packed in Amazon packaging. They sent me a PayPal account and an IBAN. However, the PayPal account did not exist, and my bank warned me that the IBAN did not match the account holder's name. I immediately contacted them, provided a screenshot of the bank and asked for the correct payment information.Unfortunately, I never received a response. Instead, I kept receiving payment reminder emails demanding payment. I believe this business is a money laundry business. I dont even trust the product and I want to sent it back to them but no address.
