A badge of the highest level needs at least 50 relevant reviews and an average grade of nine. We only look at reviews that have been collected by TrustProfile in the last 12 months.

Publish on your web shop where costumers are to go if anything goes wrong. First they can contact your company. And if you cannot agree together then there is an external party that can mediate. If we can verify an active membership of a known trust source that offers dispute mediation we will award you this badge.

Legally checked
Are your terms and conditions according to the applicable law? For example in the European Union you are obliged to accept returns until 14 days after delivery. After that date the consumer has 14 more days to actually return the goods.
