Upset
This company has no idea about costumer care or communication. I ordered something on the 7th of August it was a failed delivery, got in touch with them and gave the correct address for redelivery. Today is the 7th of November still no parcel or any communication from them. Only when I asked them today I was told I was refunded as it was a second failed delivery ???? After I confirmed my company name and address the second time. Refund does not reflect in my account ??? I was told they will only refund when costumers contact them ! So how much money do they make from “undelivered parcels” ?
