    I bought two couches and still haven't gotten them and can't get a hold of them to get my money back

    I mistakenly ordered 2 bureaus. I reached out via email asking for one of the orders to be refunded. I have not received any reaponse from them or any emails regarding my order. I feel like i got scammed.
