I trusted this business to service my wife’s Cartier watch. It recently stopped working due to condensation. Upon inspection, I discovered six of the eight caseback screws were completely missing. The watch has never been opened by anyone else. In my opinion, the case back was likely not secured properly during service, causing the screws to work loose over time and ruin the watertight seal. I sent a formal email to their team to report this oversight, but they completely ignored me. Terrible customer service for a luxury specialist.
