I do not recommend SportsGearSwag for your team jersey needs. I was getting ready to place an order for a few extra jerseys for new players on our hockey team. My order was for 2x Large Jerseys and 2x XL Jerseys. The chat agent strongly recommended that I order an extra size up, so I changed my order to 2x XL and 2x XXL. When I received the jerseys, the XL jersey fit me like a dress, and I'm 6'6". The XXL was even bigger. I contacted SportsGearSwag, and after a few back and forth emails they agreed to remake the jerseys a size smaller (e.g. 2x Large and 2x XL jerseys) at no additional cost. I received the replacement jerseys and these jerseys were now ridiculously small, and were likely kids sized. The XL from the first order is almost double the size of the XL from the replacement order. I'm not sure how something like this even happens. At this point, I was fairly frsutrated, and I contacted SportsGearSwag to just provide me with a return label so I can send back all 8 jerseys for a full refund. After numerous back and forth emails, they told me that since this was a custom design and it was in line with the spec that I ordered, that all sales are final and no refund could be granted. This is quite ridiculous, as the spec between the two orders varied drastically, and is not what I ordered. We have ordered jerseys from many other suppliers in the past, and we compared these jerseys to some old XL jerseys we ordered. The old XL jerseys were all approximately in the same ballpark size-wise (slight but immaterial difference in sleeve length etc.), but the SportsGearSwag jerseys weren't even in the same league. Also, if they do happen to get the size right on your order. Note that the polyester material they use on the cheapest jersey has zero breathability to it, so you probably would want to at the very least upgrade the fabric. Anyways, this was a terrible experience and I can't recommend this company to anyone.

Sadly we didn’t have much luck. We expedited 2 orders leading up to GSL worlds, 23 of the 24 jerseys were incorrect, currently waiting for help from the BBB as SGS will not refund us for the errors and we have to go to worlds with jacked up jerseys. I do not recommend! They don’t have a customer service support phone number either and will only email with you. It’s good for proof though. Zero ⭐️s
