In addition to the score calculated with our own reviews, reviews from external platforms can also be included in the average score at Trustprofile. These reviews count equally in the average score. Thus, 100 reviews at Trustprofile (with an average of 4.5) and 100 reviews collected elsewhere (with an average of 4) lead to an average score of 4.25.
