Wrost hosting service my website down they don't respond and there official website also down from 1 weak. I think they are fraud and making customer fool

Terrible service Support is too slow that a single issue took forever to solve.
They are very rude and unflattering towards the customer.
From last 1 week they are not activating my hosting and not refunding my money. Also, they are not giving any response to the mail, WhatsApp and insta dms.
I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. The reviews found here are fake, the smilehosty customer support is a joke. WhatsApp's executives did not even understand the situation. They are trying to scam you. If a website is having trouble, they will blame you.
And his owner is a fake man.
