I paid for a bouquet for my mothers birthday. She didn't receive anything and my order was still in "processing" status. When i filled out the complaint form (because all of their numbers are unavailable) someone called Sara wrote me email "We acknowledge the receipt of your complaint. We at present are investigating into the same and we would have it resolved soon. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused."). After that I haven't received a thing and on my next email asking about a refund noone replied. SCAM
