Is sayabling.com trustworthy? Reviews and trustmark

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I ordered through them and when they took almost a month to get the jewelry to me (which is outside of the promised time they say they will get it to you) I reached out to them to cancel my order. They told me over and over again to just wait and it will get to me and that they can't cancel it when it appeared my order hadn't even been started (said processing for over a month). After probably the 10th time I reached out to them I told them I was going to call my bank and have them dispute the charge, which I did and magically the label was created almost instantly. But for several days (possibly weeks) the label just sat there doing nothing. Once they found out I actually had the charge disputed they immediately sent the package out. The package arrived but I returned it to sender because the company refused to give me any options and by the time I received the package it was outside of their 60 day return policy, which is such a scam in and of itself. No matter what I said they would not listen to me. When they received the package returned to them they just sent it back out again and asked me not to dispute the charge. They keep emailing me back to say they will charge me 30% for cancelling order, to which the latest response on my end was no your returns are 100%. I had already brought this up to them at the beginning. It just keeps going round and round. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! Put them on blast anywhere you can.

Waiting two weeks for a return because I changed my mind. They kept emailing me telling me it’s under financial review while I’m waiting for them to credit my account for over two weeks. Do not buy from them. They are probably in China and a scam.

I purchased an item on sayabling.com 1 month ago. Needless to say, I haven't received the item. I've sent a number of emails to service@sayabling.com requesting the status of my order, but they do not respond to my queries. This website IS a scam!
