I bought on of their phone cases. Came already cracked and the fingerprint sensor does not work. What happened to the hammers hitting the case with no scratches? Customer service just kept trying to push a replacement. I've asked several times for a refund, no they just don't respond anymore. False advertising and disappearing when asked to do a return for a refund. TOTAL SCAM!!!
