Appalling customer service made it impossible to return item. In turn the item was n to as described online, and of extremely poor quality. Lesson learnt - this site is a scam and anything you receive is simply awful if I could give the retailer - stars I would. Terrible experience

Absolutely appalling, do not buy from this site. The hoody I received is NOTHING like what is advertised on the site. Poor logo transfer, muted colours, not bright like the photograph in the advertisement. Dark grey NOT black as described. You can see the seams - they are a creamy colour. The material is cheap nylon, the fibers and stitching around the neck and sleeves are so rough they produced an allergic reaction, my skin came out in abrasions and hives so I cannot ever wear this garment. RUN A MILE FROM THIS COMPANY!

The hoodie that I received was a very, very poor copy of what was pictured on the website - totally different fabric and shade (very cheap, nasty fabric!) with a blurry image. No response when i emailed their support dept. DO NOT ORDER FROM MINICUTES!!!!

Horrifying clothes not at all as advertised and they don't respond to emails when trying for a refund. RUN!!

Poor quality dress, not as described. Very difficult to get a refund. Item was posted to me from a UK address but I had to return it to China to get a refund. Company did everything possible to avoid refunding. Won’t be buying anything from them again.
