    No updates on my order (which contained gifts) status and incredibly slow to reply to emails (they have one email as a their communication which I wish I had noted before placing the order as that immediately was a red flag). I contacted Linesia almost one month after ordering enquiring where my order was for them to reply a week later saying it had been signed for and to take it up with Evri the courier company. Which I did who then confirmed it was lost in the system to contact Linesia for a refund. I did this. Multiple times. I even sent the many emails I had from Evri confirming I had not received the package. I am housebound by a recent disability I know nothing every arrived and most certainly never signed for. Yet Linesia don't bother to read your emails, instead I wait a week to get the same automated reply of "you're package was signed for". Clearly no care, no service and not even a real company. Disgusted at them and myself for not being more careful about where I order from.
