Floral bouquet ordered for delivery to Australia, costing £70.00. Bouquet delivered was woefully disappointing and was not worth the money. In trying to contact jolly florist.com multiple times via email and a contact page found them evasive as no reply. The phone number given started to ring and then disconnected! I would never use them again and consider my experience seeking a resolution below the reasonable standard of a professional company with integrity.
