I received the Irontech Vanessa 161 just as ordered. Very happy with the doll. The shipping took a bit long and was told it was due to the customs clearance process. Guess the store can't control that. All in all I'm happy with the purchase.

Excellent service and selection! I ordered a lusandy Chloe doll with custom features. The best doll that I have ever purchased. She’s very realistic even in person and the quality is very good. I still have to find the right sizing for her clothes and maybe a different wig. The store responds quickly to questions and provides plenty of order updates which is nice. The only thing that could have been better is the fedex driver’s handling of the box. He was pretty rough with it but thankfully, there was not any major damage to the doll inside upon opening. Overall 10/10
