As other customers. Ordered 5 weeks ago and tried chasing order as no follow up. Says website temporarily closed. Also the name of the company selling the goods was called Pockea but when you clicked on the link it showed as Holaten.com. The payment showed going to an entirely different website: www.poncert.com. Also showing unavailable
My order never arrived. This shop is scam
5 weeks after placed order and payment the only communication from the company is the confirmation mail sent on placing the order. Order confirmation comes from "pockea" by the way, and emails I sent to PockeaCustomerService@outlook.com and support@holaten.com are left unanswered.
