This company uses deceptive business practices and refuse to refund money or take returns for inferior products. The website clearly shows images of high quality clothes, while in reality they are using cheap, shiny polyester fabrics. At the time of my order, there was no fabric listed on the website, and no information that they would not take returns if the products were not what the customer wanted. They stated in an email after my complaint that the fabric was added to the website AFTER my complaint, and then asked for more money to reprint the order on cotton shirts- while refusing to take a return and provide a refund. Their products are terrible quality, and their policy of no returns is not listed ANYWHERE on their website- by the time I found out it was too late. In addition- their address in the U.S. is also likely false- by the time I found shipping info, it showed that these products were created and shipped directly from China. This company is a total lie all the way around- stay away!
