The reliability has been impressive for the past year+. Anytime there has been an issue, they are super responsive. I like that they are also proactive about virus infections if they happen. They don't let your whole server get hacked like other economy hosts. Very happy with pricing as well. I appreciate Glowhost quality of service, from the reliability of their servers to their live chat support.

Switched to Glowhost and unfortunately because of the bungling of my previous host, there were tons of problems. DNS, billing, email, etc. all were problematic. Glowhost support was incredibly — actually surprisingly — helpful and got the job done for me, including some strange stuff that required a specialist. No views on downtime or anything yet but I feel totally confident with my choice give the level of support so far.

I've used Glowhost Live Chat feature nearly monthly for all of that time, and there is almost always someone there (only once or twice have I not been able to reach someone live). Their ticketing support system is excellent. No matter what the issue, I usually hear back within minutes. If the first person can't take care of the issue, they will elevate it to someone more qualified. They are prompt in taking care of any issues. Great support, personalized service!

I've been using Glowhost ecommerce hosting for about eight months now, and I think they're great! I haven't had anything go wrong. Reasonably easy to configure, etc. There are very serious hosting solutions out there that cost many times the Glowhost price and are only a little better for web hosting.
