The process was very smooth, the customer service was really helpful, and the report also was probably the best format I've ever received a blood test in. The only improvement I would suggest is, please add the exact time it takes to get the results. It took only a few days to get the results, but this would really help know the status
Het proces verliep vlekkeloos. Ik kom hier elke 12 weken voor controle om mijn TRT-behandeling in de gaten te houden. Het enige probleem was dat er geen lab bij mij in de buurt zat, maar na contact met hen hebben ze er eentje in mijn omgeving geregeld.
