The information they provided in my certification did not match the information I provided them. When I brought this issue forward asking for a correction, their customer service was terrible and they asked me to pay for a new CR check. Their mistake was so blatantly wrong as they mixed up my city of birth with my current residence city. It's not even in the same country...
