I recently booked a return pickup from CDG airport in Paris to and from our hotel. Despite providing flight details, we had to wait 43 minutes for our driver to arrive and he asked us to change locations 3 times. We could have reached our hotel in the time we waited for him. We had equally troubling difficulties on the return ride. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours and we immediately reached out to the driver. He said he could not come back and we would have to pay. I reached out to the complaints department and they stated that any change within 24 hours was not refundable. How can they service airport travel and be so inflexible? We ended up taking the metro which was faster and much less expensive. I would always use a taxi rather than this totally inflexible system.

Don't waste your time or money. I used this service in Singapore but the driver did not show, I called the dispatcher and waited and then a driver arrived, I thought his was a one-off situation. I used the service again in New York, this time the driver left before I could reach him. I was charged for the service (no refund) and the company advised for me to get a local taxi, the local taxi is actually cheaper. This is a convenience service (not financially cheaper) but if they don't drive, then it is a complete waste of money.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Shocking service. Our airport transfer did not arrive on the way home, after waiting over 30 minutes we had to call an Uber and nearly missed our flight. Tried calling and messaging the service constantly and no response. I will be expecting a full refund or I will dispute the card with my credit card company.

Driver didn’t show up – NO REFUND Avoid this company if you do not want to lose money, time and energy. The taxi company in Vienna that AirportsTaxi is dealing with are crooks - lying and cheating. I arrived at Vienna Int’l Airport on 29 April 2023 at 12:10. My flight was on time and I only had one small hand luggage. I waited in the arrival hall for almost one hour. There was no taxi driver holding a sign with my name on it. After having waited in vain for almost one hour, walking up and down the hall, I gave up and took a regular taxi to my hotel. I forwarded copy of the receipt of taxi company Bosijokovis in the amount of EUR 53.30 to AirportsTaxi on 29 April 2023, together with my complaint of no show and a request for refund. The receipt read 29 April 2023, time 13:40. There was no way to contact them. Their emergency number was dead when calling. I called 15 times from my iPhone. No answer. An airport official and a private person also called the same emergency number from their respective phones. No answer. Their telephone did not work or was shut down. I transmitted a complete call log history of my iPhone. There was no message from the driver on my telephone either. My regular telephone was on, however it was blocked by Telenor when crossing the border from Hungary to Austria, a new feature that I was not aware of. But this is not the point. My plane arrived at 12:10. At 12:57 the taxi driver was still on the road. He stupidly submitted a GPS screenshot showing that at 12:57 he was still 4 minutes, or 13 km away from the airport. That means he arrived at the airport around 13:01, parked, rushed inside the airport - probably in the departure area, as he positioned himself next to the departure timetable – to make a photo of himself under a clock that reads 13.05, holding a sheet of paper with my name on it as proof that he was there and pretending having waited for one hour. How cunning! What a liar! The taxi company then had the audacity to say that it was me who was a no show. AirportsTaxi denies refund. They say they could not reach me under my regular telephone number. My regular phone was on but blocked by Telenor. Why would they have called me anyway? - to tell me that the driver will be one hour late? What a deceitful, despicable company! I already cancelled my upcoming airport transfer reservations with their company in New York.
