Ordered items for 30 quid from this company. After 10 days waiting seems I won't get my items. What a waste of money and time. Some issues with Evry (Hermes) or who knows what. Maybe issues with import fees. The company isn't UK based. I should wait 28 business days for refund. Joke?!?! Why I should wait for other mistake. Feel robbed. Don't use this company!!! Stay away !!!

Very dishonest Product which I bought doesn’t work at all ( quite expensive) When I left my review they removed it to make the rating higher Delivery not 3-4 days but 8-9 days

One of the products I ordered was a hair mask, luckily for me a cheap one, that came wrapped only in brown paper so at a arrival it was destroyed - broken, spilt over the box, leaking everywhere. I took pics of a product and chucked it away immediately after cause it was basically a mess I couldn't possibly have any use of. I emailed CS pics and asked for refund. They answered 2 days later demanding more pics of damaged goods, which I couldn't provide for obvious reason. They refused to refund/replacement/cancellation/deduction basically any possible solution, cause according to them they can only do it after you deliver pics of damaged goods specified by them. There is not a single word about this procedure in their Terms of use or refund process. In addition the Terms of use say They are obliged to deliver goods free of any damage and refund or replace damaged good without other specified terms, which they obviously do not do. Instead they are makeing up a procedure in their emails that your refund depends on. That is simple SCAM and VIOLATION OF CUSTOMERS RIGHTS. Contact with CS is ridiculousy bad, I was getting one copy/paste message per day for more than a week without any solution or explaination offered, just stubborn provide more pics nonsense. As I couldn't possibly do it I gave up. I can only be happy I have not ordered more expensive goods cause I would sure loose more money. Learn from my mistake and avoid this company at all costs.
