Thank GlowHost. The customer tech help (real time, chat and ticket) is cool. They solve all my problems, my dumb questions and my sometimes stupid requests. I am truly impressed with them. Along with this, you also get FANTASTIC support. Every query I've sent to Nick has been replied to with a friendly email, in record time.

For me it was excellent support they really helped me in a fast and good way, reconsider to continue using this hosting provider. I recently signed up with GlowHost and I couldn't be happier. My site is fairly new, but so far, I haven't had any issues. I have emailed support a few times with questions and they are super duper quick to respond and always really friendly.

The reliability has been impressive for the past year+. Anytime there has been an issue, they are super responsive. I like that they are also proactive about virus infections if they happen. They don't let your whole server get hacked like other economy hosts. Very happy with pricing as well. I appreciate Glowhost quality of service, from the reliability of their servers to their live chat support.

Switched to Glowhost and unfortunately because of the bungling of my previous host, there were tons of problems. DNS, billing, email, etc. all were problematic. Glowhost support was incredibly — actually surprisingly — helpful and got the job done for me, including some strange stuff that required a specialist. No views on downtime or anything yet but I feel totally confident with my choice give the level of support so far.

I've used Glowhost Live Chat feature nearly monthly for all of that time, and there is almost always someone there (only once or twice have I not been able to reach someone live). Their ticketing support system is excellent. No matter what the issue, I usually hear back within minutes. If the first person can't take care of the issue, they will elevate it to someone more qualified. They are prompt in taking care of any issues. Great support, personalized service!
