Very disappointing.... I am very disappointed with this firm.I hired this company 5 months ago to recover my stolen crypto. The job was supposed to take only 2 weeks. However, now, 5 months later, the company not only failed to recover my crypto, but they have also stopped communicating with me. They either do not have the expertise to do the job or are understaffed. Regardless, how can a company just stop communicating with a client? There have been no updates in over a month. I have a signed contract with Recoveryltd. It's frustrating because I've wasted 5 months and have nothing to show for the significant amount of time and effort I have spent providing documents, setting up accounts, etc. I have never seen a company, especially a US-based company, behave in this way.

These people are amazing and extremely professional! I contacted them when I lost the login to my wallet. Thinking it was a lost cause, I didn’t have much to lose. They were incredibly kind and helpful. I sent them the information I had and my best password guesses. It took a while because I didn’t have complete information. Sure enough, they were able to give me access to my wallet! It’s scary to trust someone on the internet with you password and account information but these people are trustworthy and professional
