Totally appalling. Late delivery. I chased twice. Not till the 2nd chase did they admit their fault. The dress was nothing like what I ordered. It was not fit for wearing. The zip was not sewn in correctly. The material was awful. I am still waiting for a refund, which tomorrow will be 10 days of waiting and messaging loads as to where this refund is. This is daylight robbery. You took my money. Made me wait too long for the goods. Sent me the most poorly made item, and then make me wait and chase and chase for a refund and not even a full refund. Shameful practice
