I have contacted the company for a marker removal, was asked to pay £2000 and a guarantee refund if they cannot remove the marker in 2 weeks. After 3 weeks i was asked for another £1500 thorugh WhatsApp messages from the "director of the company" and again was promised a full refund if they cannot remove the marker again in another 2 weeks. After 2 weeks i uave been emailing, calling no answer until i left a bad review on trust pilot, from that moment i started to be manipulated through messages by the same person " director of company " Its been 4 months since the hole process started , there was no services provided, a fake bank response was provided, i have contacted the bank and they confirmed that the document is fake. I was again promised a refud if i will delet the bad review on trust pilot but under their condition , to remove the revie first and only then they will give a refund, again this did not happened. Unfortunately i end up with no service provided and minus £3500 in my account.
