Tried to use the service to stream cowboy channel. Was unable to get it to work on phones or computer despite fallowing directions. Emailed customer service within 2 hours of purchase asking for refund. They ignored and just wanted to try to troubleshoot service. I had already purchased another service at this point (direct from cowboy channel). After emailing again 1 week later, they say it is outside of return window and decline to refund. Multiple attempts have failed. I clearly asked for refund within 7 day window. Don’t use this service.

I have tried to cancel my subscription and get a refund and the live chat keeps saying why and won't cancel or give me a refund. Update: After telling the chat person that i would report them and tell my bank that they were fraudulent, they sent me an email that said they would refund my money.

Customer service is poor. I tried to get a service that would allow me to watch non televised nfl games in my area. When I googled it, 247 tv stream was at the top of the list. I ordered it and could not get the game I wanted. I only got nfl network and red zone which I already have through my cable company. I immediately requested a refund through the live chat because there is no link for cancellation on the website. Only renewal. The live chatter said to send an email, I did and have not received a response but my account has been charged. To top it off, I chatted twice with the same chatter and he first told me that it was taken care of . The second time around he told me to email them to request a refund.
