Hello,

I am Silvia Van Der Bruggen, legal services manager at Crypto Legal.

I am writing to request the removal of Paul Roberts’s review (shop reviews) that has been posted on our company’s Trustprofile page.

The review in question is malicious, fake and contains false information that could harm our business reputation. We have carefully checked the details provided by the reviewer and found out that they have provided a fake phone and email address. The review is not based on any genuine experience and has been created with the sole intention of damaging our reputation, probably done by one of our competitors.

We understand that Trustprofile values transparency and honesty, and we fully support this approach. However, we believe that this particular review does not meet the criteria for a genuine and honest review.

We would like to request that this review be removed from our Trustprofile page as it is clearly a violation of Trustprofile´s guidelines. We have worked hard to build a positive reputation for our business, and we strongly believe that reviews should be fair, honest and transparent.

We hope that you will take our appeal into consideration and remove this malicious review from our Trustprofile page. We appreciate your efforts to maintain the integrity of your platform and look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Kind Regards,

Silvia Van Der Bruggen

Thank you for contacting us, Silvia.

We understand that you have already checked the details provided by the reviewer as you are claiming that the phone number and email address are both fake. As per our procedure, we suggest that you reach out to the customer through our dashboard.

To do so, please log in to your dashboard, select "Reviews" on the left tab, click "Shop Reviews," and go to the review in question. From there, you can reply to the customer publicly with or without notification, or privately.

If there is no response from the customer, or if the issue has not been resolved, you can create a moderation request from the same tab. We will then reach out to the customer and attempt to resolve the issue. If we cannot, the review will be deleted.

Please note that negative reviews have an automatic quarantine period of 14 days.

We hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Best regards,

Chris from TrustProfile
